All units are filled based on the waitlist. In order to be on the waitlist, you need to complete an application. Completed applications can be dropped off at our leasing office (444 West East Street, Tehachapi, CA 93561), mailed in (address all mail to Mulberry Villa Apartments), or emailed to mulberry@tmo.com.

RENTAL CRITERIA
We accept Section 8 vouchers, if there is no project-based rental assistance available on the unit.
We give priority to the very low income households (50% RHS income on the link below). Income limits vary based on size of household.
